Welcome to Durgotsav 2026, four days of devotion, culture, music, dance, food and togetherness in the heart of Warsaw.
Durga Puja is one of the most important celebrations of Bengali culture, bringing families and communities together to welcome Maa Durga and celebrate the triumph of good over evil. In Warsaw, we want to share this beautiful tradition with everyone.
Durgotsav is a complete family event and everyone is welcome — Bengalis, Indians from every part of the country, our Polish friends and people of every nationality who would like to experience the colours, traditions and hospitality of Indian culture.
This year, Durgotsav moves to Studio StreamOnline at Garażowa 4 in Mokotów, providing approximately 1,000 m² of festival space for Puja, cultural programmes, entertainment, food, shopping and community celebrations.
Four Days. Four Different Experiences.
🎤 16 October – Shashthi
The celebrations begin with the traditional welcome of Maa Durga, followed in the evening by a Solo Live Concert by an eminent singer from India.
🇮🇳 17 October – Saptami | Unity in Diversity
A colourful cultural evening showcasing dance and artistic performances inspired by different states and traditions of India — celebrating the extraordinary diversity of our country.
🌺 18 October – Maha Ashtami
One of the most important days of Durga Puja, with Pushpanjali, Kumari Puja, Bhog, Sandhi Puja and Chandipath, followed in the evening by an energetic Garba & Dandiya celebration.
❤️ 19 October – Dashami
The final day brings the emotional traditions of Dashami, including Devi Baran and Sindoor Khela, followed by Bijoya celebrations as we bid farewell to Maa Durga.
Throughout the festival, visitors can also enjoy Indian food, shopping, cultural activities, children’s participation and plenty of opportunities to meet, celebrate and spend time together.
